Shipping policy

All orders placed between Monday - Friday before 1pm AEST will be shipped on the same day with Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this, please check your junk, or get in touch. If you would like next day delivery or a specific delivery date, please choose our Courier Shipping option at checkout available to Metro Melbourne only.

All delivery timeframes are from the day the order is shipped. Please allow for potential delays due to current COVID-19 restrictions, which may be out of our control.


3-7* days. Standard deliveries are sent via Australia Post

2-4* days. Express deliveries are sent via Australia Post

Next day delivery is available for orders delivering in Metro Melbourne. The shipping rate is calculated based on the distance from our HQ (Carnegie) to the delivery address. All next day orders must be placed before 1pm (Monday - Friday) to be delivered on the following day the order is placed. Any orders placed after these time slots will be delivered on the following business day.
Same Day Delivery is available Monday - Friday. If you would like a specific delivery date please let us know in the notes section at the check out

BOX-IE can facilitate international deliveries and will provide a shipping quote at your request. Please contact us directly at and we will work with you on your request. We strongly advise against selecting gifts containing alcohol and or food products for international delivery as these items may be subject to customs clearances at their destination. We cannot guarantee against products being confiscated and removed from the gift, or import duties and taxes being imposed upon arrival in the destination country.


Due to the nature of our giftboxes and the products they contain, shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.
